Takuma’s designs are informed by his love of refined craft traditions, clarity of purpose, and insight from his extensive experience on construction sites as an architect, carpenter and builder.  He understands that design should never be considered in isolation but approached as an act of mediation between the design vision and the various elements that bring about a completed project.
